Angela Kaufman

Angela Kaufman has been a author, speaker and certified intuitive consultant. Additionally, she's a Licensed Clinical social worker, a licensed Astrologer and activist. She's a Reiki master and a certified psychic medium. Kauffman earned a name in Italy for her work as a portrait artist. She also painted historical scenes. In 1765, she was appointed to Rome's Accademia de San Lucia. This proves to her success. Angelica Kauffman only spent 15 years in England and made an impression on the arts scene during the 18th century. It was her first time as one of two women Founder Members at the Royal Academy. She was an artist. Angelica Kauffman died on November 5th, 1807 age 66. Liz Powers and Spencer Powers, her brother Spencer Powers founded ArtLifting together in November 2013. Liz has been selected as Forbes 30 Under 30and Boston Globe Game Changers. Liz loves creating art using the pages of old books, going hiking and practicing yoga. Additionally, she enjoys sailing. The family moved to Rome in January 1763 Kauffman was introduced to people from the British community. In the following months the family returned to Naples where she continued her painting and also learned English. In Naples, Kauffman was able to study works of her favorite artists, the Old Masters and had her first painting sent to a public exhibition in London.
